The picture above is a Mack Elementary 3rd grade class from 1953-54, and you may recognize many as AAHS Class of ’63 graduates. As the 100th anniversary celebration of the current Mack School approaches, a group of alumni are planning a special celebration on Saturday, October 7, at 2:00 in the Mack School auditorium. A portion of the program will be open mic, so bring your favorite Mack story to share. Tickets are not required, but it would be helpful to let them know if you are planning to attend by clicking here. The program will be followed by a pizza dinner just up the road at the Second Baptist Church. We hope to see some of you at this milestone event.
